Prospective lot owners will want to consider the steps below before making a final decision to join the Kinloch family:

 

1. Select a lot

2. Review the Architectural Guidelines

3. Submit a preliminary set of house plans to make sure the desired style house/materials are allowable

4. Confirm an understanding of Property Owners Association and Lake Association (if applicable) charges and requirements

5. Select an approved builder

6. Submit final plans to Architectural Review Board for approval
